The Ultimate Rendang Sandwich

On the previous post, i shared how to make the ultimate Indonesian Delicacy, Rendang, which you could make as a food stock on your fridge for weeks ahead (Since Rendang is somehow so much better after few days on the fridge <ask this theory to any Indonesian Mom and they would agree> . However, you don’t want to ended up eating the same thing everyday right ? Rendang + Rice, so, I have created a super-easy-yummy-way of eating Rendang –> Rendang Sandwich!

Ingredients 
The ingredients that you need only: Bread (any bread, from flat bread sour dough), Cheese (would be so much better with mozarella, but any cheese will works great!), and Rendang (which i already put in a plastic bag to save space on my mini fridge *see picture*   rendang

Here are the steps:
1. Put the bread on top of the toaster (don’t forget to turn the toaster on!)

2. Put Rendang on top of the bread

3. Put the cheese *be generous with the cheese please 😀

4. Put another slice of bread, and close the toaster. Wait until the cheese melt!

5. Done! Cut it, put it on a plate, arrange it to make it more attractive (poor mine) + put tomato (which i forgot to wash) and take a picture! Put it on a aluminium foil wrap, and bring it to Uni/ office. Bye bye boring tuna sandwich.
